Condominium Parcel No. 3314 of BEACHTREE I CLOSTER as per
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 296, pages 1438 through 1510, as amended by
Certificate of Amendment, recorded in Official Records Book
300, pages 212-221, and as amended in that certain Certificate ~
of Amendment dated January 23, 1979, filed January 24, 1979,
and recorded in Official Records Book 302, page 517, and as
amended in that certain Certificate of Amendment dated May
2, 1979, and filed May 24, 1979, and recorded in Official
Recorda D~.+ok 309, pages 1149 through 1173, all of the Public
Records of St Lucie County, Florida; together with an
undivided interest in the common elements and limited
common elements thereof, together with all appurtenances ,
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SOBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
I. The terms, covenants, agreements, obligations
and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium.
2. Conditions, limitations, restrictions,
reservations, easements, rights-of-way, agreements and ~
covenants of record, if any, provided; however, that nothing
contained herein shall operate to reimpose any of the foregoing.
3. Taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent
years.
