PARCEL I.
Government Lots 3,4, and 5, Section 7, Township 35 South,
Range 41 East, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 35
South, Range 41 East; thence along the South line of said
Section 7 N. 89° 47' 16" E., for a distance of 2032.47 feet
to the Point of Beginning being that Point of Beginning on
the beach at the line of mean high tide; thence S. 89° 47'
16" W., a distance of 1962.47 feet; thence N. 0° 55' 14" W.,
along the Easterly right-of-way of State Road AlA for a
distance of 2487.29 feet; thence N. 89° 08' 36" E., a distance
of 391.46 feet; thence N. 68° 42' S6" East., a distance of
379.71 feet; thence S 88° 55' S4" E., a distance of 336.79
feet to a point on the beach at the line of mean high tide;
thence meandering southeasterly along said line of mean high
tide to the Point of Beginning; LESS the portion of Government
Lot 3 in said Section 7 deeded to the Public use as per Deed
Book 238, page 589, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
PARCEL II.
That part of Government Lot 2, Section 12, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, lying East of Jennings Cove in the
Indian River, LESS that portion of said Government Lot 2
which has been platted as Surf side Onit One, as recorded
in Plat Book 10, page 17 and Surf side Onit Two as recorded
in Plat Book 11, page 8 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County,. Florida.
Also described as: From the Southeast corner of Government
Lot 2, Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
West along the South line thereof 961.69 feet to Point
E of Beginning; thence run North 0 deg. 13 min. 48 sec.
F East 246.85 feet; thence North 69 deg. 09 min. West 831.72
feet to East shore of Indian River; thence Southwesterly
t meandering said Easterly shore to South line of Government
Lot 2; thence East along the said South line of said
Government Lot 2, 1278.61 feet more or less to the Point of
Beginning.
PARCEL III.
The north 660 feet of_Government lots 1 and 2 of Section
18, Township 35 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida lying east of the east right-of-way of State Road A-
1-A as now laid out and in use and west of the west right-
of-way of old State Road A-1-A.
