AFFIDAVIT OF INTENTION
TO RECOMMBNCE CONSTRUCTION
STATE OF FLORIDA

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared Nat G. Harrison, Jr., President of Hutchinson
Island Limited, Inc., who first being duly sworn on oath
deposes and says: -
1. That Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc. is the
owner of the following real property in the City of .Fort
Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, a/k/a Seascape
Ii more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
' 2. That the owner, Hutchinson Island Limited,
Inc. will continue construction of the following described
improvements to said property:
Construction of an eleven-story condominium
residential building,
3. That on the ~ day of June, 1980, construction
of the above-mentioned improvement ceased because;
Property was conveyed to Hutchinson Island
Limited, Inc. as the new owner. ~
4. The owner intends to recommence construction
in the future to complete the improvements.
5. That all lienors have been paid in full,
except:
See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
6. That in accordance with Section 713.07(4) of
the Florida Statutes that copies of this Affidavit have been
served on the lienors listed in paragraph five of this
