MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

SUN BAN K OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee";
LUCILLE V. COSTA, joined by GEORGE A. COSTA, her husband,
hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as "Mortgagor";
and
JOSEPH R. McF1AHON, as Receiver in ProceedinQS for Arrangement
under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act for George A. Costa,
Lucille V. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, et als., in the United
States District Court of New Jersey, Case No. B-76-2704,
hereinafter referred to as "Receiver". -
WITNESSETH: ' , ;j ~ ~
WHEREAS, on April 4, 1974, Mortgagor executed and delivered to Mortgagee
a real estate mortgage (the Mortgage) which encumbers a certain parcel of property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, as more particularly described in said
mortgage which was recorded on April 5, 1974, in Official Records Book 225, Page
2479 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose of
securing a Promissory Note (the Promissory Note) executed by Mortgagor to the order
of Mortgagee dated April 4, 1974, in the principal sum of 5150,000.00; and
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1974, Mortgagor executed and delivered to
I Mortgagee a real estate mortgage (t`~c Mortgage) which encumbers a certain parcel
of property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, as more particularly described

in said mortgage, which was recorded on October 23, 1974, in Official Records
~ Book 233, Page 276, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the
~ purpose of securing a Promissory Note (the Promissory Note) executed by Mortgagor
to the order of Mortgagee dated June 19, 1974, in the principal sum of 5150,000.00;
and
WHEP.EAS, on October 31, 1975, Mortgagor executed and delivered to
Mortgagee a real estate mortgage (the Mortgage) which encumbers a certain parcel

of property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, as more particularly described
in said mortgage, which was recorded on November 7, 1975, in Official Records Book
245, Page 1783 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose
of securing a Promissory Note (the Promissory Note) executed by Mortgagor to the
order of Mortgagee dated October 31, 1979, in the principal sum of 525;000.00; and
