The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as surviving
spouse and heir at~iaw of the decedent WILLIAM LAMAR ROGERS. The names and
addresses of ail lineal descendants and heirs at law of the decedent are as
set forth in Paragraph 4.
2. Decedent, WILLIAM LAMAR ROGERS, whose last known address was
122 Grosvenor Court, Savannah, Georgia, died on January 13, 1978, at Savannah,
Georgia, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in Chatham County,
Georgia.
3. A domiciliary proceeding was opened in Chatham County, Georgia;
the domiciliary estate was administered and the domiciliary personal representative
discharged, and no proceeding to administer the Florida estate of the decedent has
been filed.
4. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of any who
are minors, are:
