5. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent died
owning property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
6. The assets in this estate and their estimated values are:
(a) Real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows:
Lot 12, 61ock 147, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
Section 27, as shown on Plat Book 14, Page 5
of the records of St. Lucie County, Florida. :1,595.00
(b) Real property located in Polk County, Florida
described as follows:
Property known as Western 1/2 of the SE 1/4~of
the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 3, Township 31-S, Range 30E, Polk County,
Florida . s2 ,500.00
7. The value of the entire estate subject to administration in this
state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does not
exceed :10,000.00.
8. The estate is not indebted.
9. Subsequent to the death of the decedent, WILLIAM LAMAR ROGERS,
all heirs and beneficiaries set forth in Paragraph 4 above conveyed all of their
interests in the above described parcels of real property, which are~the sole
assets of this estate, to the Petitioner, Norma B. Rogers.. Copies of the deeds
executed by each of the respective heirs conveying their interest in said property
to the Petitioner are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and are 6y reference made a
part hereof.

~ 10. Subsequent to the execution and recording of the deeds described
~ in Paragraph 9 above, on November 20, 1978 Norma Jean Rogers Davis as Administratrix
~ of the Domiciliary Estate executed a deed purporting to convey the property described
in Paragraph 6 above to the Petitioner, Norma B. Rogers. A copy of this deed is
attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and by reference made a part hereof.
11. Pursuant to Florida Statuts, Section 735.209(_1) the Petitioner
is entitled to bring this Petition on behalf of the remaining heirs and beneficiaries
who have transferred their interest in the property of the estate to the Petitioner
as set forth in Paragraph 9 above.
12. All lineal descendants of the decedent listed in Paragraph 4 above

are also lineal descendants of the surviving spouse.
13. Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 732.102, Petitioner, as surviving
spouse is entitled to the first X20,000.00 of the intestate estate plus one-half
of the balance of the intestate estate.
