14, It is proposed that an Order bd entered declaring those
individuals set forth in Paragraph 4 above to be the surviving spouse and lineal
descendants of the decedent, WILLIAM LAMAR ROGERS, at the time of his death and
that all assets of the decedent, including exempt property, be distributed or
disposed of as follows:

15. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is unaware
of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary Administration be entered
directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule
set forth in Paragraph 14 of the Petition.
Under penalities of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing
and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
