NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and under and
by virtue of the authority vested ia-her at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the Party of the First Part has }
conveyed and by these presents does convey unto the Party of the
Second Part, her heirs and aseigns, the following described property

TOGETHER with all the rights, members and appurtenances there-
