ORDER OF SUl~II~lARY ADMINISTRATION
The Petition of Norma B. Rogers for summary administration of
the Estate of WILLIAM LAMAR ROGERS has cane to be considered by the Court, and
it appearing to the Court that:
1. The decedent died on January•13, 1978.
2. The only assets of the estate are those certain parcels of real
property described as follows:
Lot 12, Block 147, Port St. Lucie, Section 27 as shown
on Plat Book 14, Page 5, of the records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
and
Property imown as Western 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 31-S,
Range 30E, Polk County, Florida.
3. The heirs at law of the decedent at the time of his death and
the relationships to the decedent were as follows:

4. That subsequent to the date of death of the decedent, the heirs
at law set forth in paragraph three above, being all interested persons of the
estate, conveyed and transferred their interest in the estate to the petitioner,
Norma B. Rogers, and that pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 735.209(1) the
petitioner~is authorized to bring this petition on their behalf;

5. That there are no other interested persons upon whom notice of this
proceeding is required to be served;
