6. That the value of the entire estate sub3ect to administration in this
state does not exceed $10,000.00 and that pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section
732.102, petitioner,as surviving spouse, is entitled to the first $20,000.00 of '
the intestate estate plus one-half of the balance of the intestate estate.
7. That all obligations of the decedent have been paid and the estate
is not indebted;
8. That the material allegations of the Petition are true, and that an
Order. of Summary Administration should be entered, it is therefore;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The heirs at law of the decedent, WILLIAM LAMAR ROGERS, at the time
of his death and their relationships to the decedent are as set forth in Paragraph
3 above.
2. That there be immediate distribution of-the assets of the decedent as
follows
BENEFICIARY ADDRESS ASSETS SHARE OR AMOUNT
Norma B. Rogers 122 Grosvenor Court Entire Florida estate
Savannah, Georgia including those parcels
of real property described
in paragraph 2 above.
'3. That the above named beneficiazy shall be entitled to receive and
collect those assets of the decedent's estate assigned by this Order, and to
maintain actions to enforce said right.
