t. ~I, ESTHER L. MILLER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do

hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils
" heretofore made by me~.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II. "
I devise ±he sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), to
each of my grandchildren living at my death.
III.
I devise certain items of tangible personal property
owned by me at my death, in the manner described in the last
dated writing made. and signed by me for this purpose, which is
in existence at the time of my death.
r IV.
~ All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I devise, in equal shares, to my son,
WARREN H. MILLER, and my daughter, DORIS LOUISE MILLER, per stirpes.
V.
I appoint my son, WARREN H. MILLER, and my daughter, DORIS
LOUISE MILLER, as personal representatives of my estate, without

the laws of the State of Florida, the power, without Court Order,
