thence East to the West right of way of Canal No. 30;
thence North along said right of way 291.5 feet;
thence on an angle of 71'degrees, 30 minutes, turned
from South to West, run 630 feet to West line of said
NE's of SEA of NE's; thence South 140.5 feet to point
of beginning.
