ACRNOWLBDQBNT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTBB
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this conveyance is aub~ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominius described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound 4
by awl of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land ~
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said ~
Declaration of Condominiums and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induceaents
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
