THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on May 27,
1980, upon Defendants' Motions for Compulsory Physical Exam,
and this Court having considered the merits of said motions,
having entertained oral argument of counsel in support of
their respective positions, and having otherwise been fully
advised in ,the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motions for
Compulsory Physical Exam are hereby granted and that Dr. Ronald
Grober is hereby appointed to perform independent medical

~ evaluations as to both plaintiffs at a convenient time to be
selected by the parties prior to trial.
