On this day personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
duly authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgements,
MICHAEL CARLSON of Citicorp Person - to Person Financial
Center, Inc. MORTGAGEE in that certain Mortgage recorded in Official Records
Book 308, Page 2950 and Donald T. Davis and Linda B. Davis, his wife
Mortgagors in that certain Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 308
Page 2950, who after being by me first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
1. ?hat Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 308, page 2953
was exec~lted concurrently with and as additional security to mortgage
recorded in Official°.ecords Book 308, page 2950, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 309, page 724,
public records of St. Lucie county, Florida was executed concurrently
with aforesaid mortgages to give additional security to mortgage recorded
in Official Records Book 308, page ?x950, public records of St. Lucie County
Florida.
3• That Official F.ecords Book 308, page 2950, Official Records Book 308
Page 2953 and Official Records Book 309, Page 724 represented the original
total principal sum of $111,005.72.
