The Southwest 1/4 of Section 17; the West 1/2 of Section 20;
the East 1/2 of Section 19 and the Fast 1/2 of the West 1/2
of Section 19 and the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 lying East of
the dike of the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District; the
Northwest 1/4~and-the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29; the
East 1/2 of Section 30; the East 1/2.of Section 31, .less the
South 80 feet thereof and less right-of-way of the Florida
State Turnpike Authority as in 0. R. Book 51, at page 254,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and all
of Section 32, less the South 100 feet thereof and less
right-of-way of the Florida State Turnpike Authority as in
0. R. Book 51, at page 254, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; all of .said lands lying, being and
situate in Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida; and further less and excepting all but the
South 75 feet of that part of the Northeast 1/4 of said
Section 32, lying Easterly of the Florida State Turnpike
Authority right-of-way.
The Southeast 1/4, less the North 38 feet of the Northwest
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; and the South 38 feet of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast'1/4; and that part of the
Southwest 1/4, lying East of the dike of the Fort Pierce
Farms Drainage District Canal; all being in Section 18,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
comprising 171.37 acres, more or less.
There is additionally excepted from this Lease the following
described property:
The West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NIa 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and
the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
j Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
