the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert Sabra and Miriam Sabra
his wife and Sydney Garcon aad Lillian Garson~lated August 23rd, 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie his wife County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 293 on page
1694 , securinct the payment of the sum of Twenty Thousand, One Hundred and no/100----------
Dollars (S20,100.0O
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, aitle and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
aril to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.. -
