TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and

enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting, harassing,
using physical violence on the Wife and her minor children and
intimidating her and from destroying or damaging any personal
property that belongs to the Wife and from telephoning the Wife,
and the Court .being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, Thomas C. Stedham, III, be and he is {

hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,

harassing and intimidating the Wife and using physical violence on
the Wife and her monir children, from destroying or damaging any
ersonal property that belongs to the Wife, and from telephoning

the Wife.

2. The Husband, Thomas C. Stedham, III, be and he is

hereby enjoined and restrained from damaging, encumbering,
selling, disposing of, or removing any tools, motors, equipment,
appliances or personal property from either of the vessels "Kim"
or "Christine", except his personal effects.

F 3. The Husband, Thomas C. Stedham, III, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from selling, disposing of,
encumbering or damaging in any manner either of the two new motors
purchased for installation in "Kim" and "Christine".
