This action was tried before the court. On the evidence pre-
sented:
IT IS ADJUDGED THAT:
1. Plaintiff, General Development Corporation, is due $91,000

as principal, $28,462.90 as interest to date of this judgment, $35.00

for title search, $3,970.00 for attorneys' fees with $51.00 court
costs now taxed, under the note and mortgage sued on in this action
making a.total sum-of $123,518.90.
2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any 1 s

claim or estate of defendants, White City Utilities Co.; and iti'ayne

~ Construction Company, on the following described property in St. i
Lucie County, Florida:
Tract "B" and Tract "C", Block 33, all as shown on the ~
plat of Indian River Estates, Unit Four, recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 49, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records.
3.~ If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this, action accruing subsequent to the judgment
are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this '
