AFFIDAVIT OF
OPERATOR USING FICTITIOUS TRADE NAME
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF SEMINOLE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared R. GORDON WILLIAMS, RICHARD GIBBONS, IRVING GOLDSTEIN,
JOEL~ALPER, LOUIS C. DELISIO, SUSAN ENHOLM, JOAN C. MAYERS and
GEORGE K. NOGA (hereinafter called "Affiants"), who being by me
duly sworn depose and-say:
(1) This Affidavit is made in compliance with Florida Statute
865.09.
-(2) The Affiants are partners (hereinafter called "Partners")
in a partnership (hereinafter called "Partnership") under the
Uniform Partnership Act of the State of Florida (Florida Statute
§620.56-620.77) .
(3) The Partnership is known and is doing business as
"FT. PIERCE GROVES" (hereinafter called "Name") in St. Lucie
County, Florida and Seminole County, Florida.
(4) The Partnership owns_ the entire interest in the trade
name "FT. PIERCE GROVES".
(5) The Partners have caused or are causing the Partnership
to advertise notice of intention to register the foregoing
fictitious trade name as provided in Section 865.09 of the
Florida Statutes at least once a week for four consecutive weeks
prior to the filing of this Affidavit in a newspaper of general
circulation in St. Lucie County, Florida and in Seminole County,
Florida, published continuously in those counties each v?•eek for
a period in excess of one year preceding the publication of these
notices,all of which will more fully appear by the publishers' .
