I, DARGARET Ai. BULLIONS, residing at and domiciled in
the City of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory and of legal age, and consi-
dering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do
therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my Last
Mill and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all other
1Vills and Codicils by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts not barred t
by the Statute of Limitations (including the unpaid portion of
any written charitable pledges) and the expenses of my last
illness and my funeral (including a suitable memorial or marker
for my grave) shall be paid by my executor as quickly as possible
after my decease, but in so satisfying the claims of such creditors
my executor shall not use any of my assets which may be exempt
from the claims of creditors by reason of the homestead laws

of the State of Florida, it not being my intention to waive any

of the provisions and protection of such laps. My executor may
make the payment of any such claims or expenses without requiring

the filing of formal proofs thereof if he shall deem it desirable
to do so, and if so paid, the payment in full of said claim shall

be considered as binding upon my estate and upon my heirs, lega-
~ tees or devisees as though formal proof thereof had been filed,
but partial payment shall not operate to waive the requirements
of Section 733.1b, Florida Statutes, as to any creditor of my
estate.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my

estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and where- -
~ soever situate, to which I shall be in anywise entitled at the
