O R D E R
This Cause came on for hearing on petition of WILLIAM L.
PETERS to act as sole trustee and personal representative and to -
open safe deposit boxes Nos. 1913 and 1897 and to sign checks
and withdraatals for the COMMERCIAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY located
at 9301 N.W. 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida, wherein the safe deposit
boxes and accounts were in the name of WILLIAM H. PIERCE and
WILLIAM L. PETERS, and the Estate of RICHARD G. SATCHELL.
The Court finds that one of the trustees and personal rep-
resentatives, namely, WILLIAM H. PIERCE, is now deceased, leaving
WILLIAM L. PETERS as sole surviving trustee and personal repre-
s~ntative. '
~T IS THEREFORE ORDERED ANA ADJUDGED:

! 1. That WILLIAM L. PETERS is hereby authorized to continue
f
as sole Trustee under that certain Standby Trust dated December
22, 1977 and executed by RICHARD G. SATCHELL, during his life.
2. That Y7ILLIAM L. PETERS is hereby authorized to continue
as sole Personal Representative of the Estate of RICHARD G.
SATCHELL, Deceased.
3. That the COMMERCIAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY of 9301 N.W.
