KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by 0. C. Thompson, a married
adult dated January 10th 19 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R¦ Book 301 on page
2380 ,securing the payment of the sum of Seventeen Thousand and no/100----------------
Dollars (S 17,000.00------1
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
