Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
BURNICE BARK, an unmarried woman
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did i
depose and say as follows: j
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The-West 95 feet of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, MARAVILLA PLAZA, a Subdivision;
as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, at Page 44, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; TOGETI~R with that part of
vacated alley lying adjacent to said Lots 2 and 3, being more particul-
arly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of said Lot ~
3, run East 95 feet, thence run North 125 feet, thence run West 95
feed to the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, thence run South 125
-feet to the point of beginning.

2. Your Affiant was married to MATO BARK
and together with such spouse acquired title to the above described
property, as an estate by the entirety, said estate having been
created by deed dated August 28, 1972 and recorded in OR Book 206,
Page 33, Se tember t,197Zin the Public Records. of the County
wherein said lands are situate. Your Affiant and said spouse were
married to each other prior to the date of execution and delivery
of said deed and remained married to each other continuously until
said spouse's death which occurred on the 25th day of February
1975 per death certificate attached hereto.
