depose and say as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:

2. Your Affiant was married to LELAND A. THORNTON
and together with such spouse acquired title to the above described
property, as an estate by the entirety, said estate having been
created by deed dated April 6, 1964 and recorded April 6, 1964
in the Public Records of the County
wherein said lands are situate. Your Affiant and said spouse were
married to each other prior to the date of execution and delivery
of said deed and remained married to each other continuously until
said spouse's death which occurred on the 11th day of November
