The property referred to in Paragraph 19 of the above
referenced mortgage is the following described property 2yl.ng
and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Commence at the West right-of-way boundary of State Road
No. 605 at the point of intersection with the South
boundary of Lot 1, in CARLSEN'S SUBDIVISION, as in Plat
Book 3~, at Page 24, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and run Northwesterly along said West
right-of-way boundary 90 feet for point of beginning;
Thence turn and run West paralle 1 with the South
Boundary of said lot 200 feet; thence turn and run
Northwesterly, parallel with said right-of-way ooundary
90 feet; thence turn and run East parallel with said South
boundary 200 feet to said West right-of-way boundary;
thence turn and run Southeasterly along said right-of-
way boundary 90 feetto the point of beginning.
