FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on fox final hearing on June 6, 1980 upon
the sworn Petition of Jacquelyn S. Baldwin for a decree changing
the names of her minor children from Connie Sue Dampier and
Wayne Priestly Dampier II to Constance Suzanne Baldwin and David
Lee Baldwin., respectively, and it appearing to the Court that
said Petitioner and her two minor children are bona fide residents
of St. Lucie County, Florida and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That said Petition be and the same is hereby granted.
2. The name of CONNIE SUE DAMPIER be and the same is=
hereby changed to CONSTANCE SUZANNE BALDWIN, by which name she shall
ever hereafter be known.
3. The name of WAYNE PRIESTLY DAMPIER II be and the same

is hereby changed to DAVID~LEE BALDWIN, by which name he shall ever
hereafter be known.
