O R D E R THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 2nd day of June, 1980, upon the objection to interrogatories and Motion For Pro- tective Order filed by the Petitioner and the Court having heard counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent enter into a Stipulation in open Court on the record, and said Stipulation being that the attorney for the Petitioner stated that the Petitioner did not ~ i have any witnesses except for those enumerated in the Petitioner's t Answers to the Interrogatories previously propounded by the Respon- f dent to the Petitioner, that the Petitioner at this time does not i have any expert witnesses, and that if the Petitioner does subse- t ~ quently learn of and decide to call either additional lay witnesses or expert witnesses at the trial of this cause, that the Petitioner will immediately wive notice of the names and addresses of said lay and expert witnesses to the attorney for the Respondent so that the Respondent will have the opportunity to take the depositions of any of said witnesses prior to the time of trial; that based upon ; _ the foregoing Stipulation by the Petitioner, the attorney for the 7 Respondent did request to the Court to allow the Respondent to with- g x draw the Interrogatories which were the subject of_ the objection and Motion For Protective Order.
