ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Stipulation entered -into by and between the
attorneys for the Petitioner and Respondent in open Court, be, and
is hereby ordered approved and confirmed and the Petitioner and Re-
spondent, be, and are hereby ordered to comply fully therewith, and
the Petitioner, be, and is hereby ordered to inform the Respondent
immediately upon the Petitioner learning or the Petitioner's attorney
learning of any lay and expert witnesses in order that the Respondent
will have a reasonable time prior to the trial of this cause to take
the depositions of said lay and expert witnesses.
2. That the request of the Respondent to withdraw the
