THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for !
Adoption filed in this cause and with the written consent of the
natural mother, KATHRYN E. CARUANA, and with the written consent ~
of the natural father, ROBERT JAMES TOWNSEND, and it appearing
t
to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to ~
adopt the minor children sought to be adopted and that the best
interests of the children will be promoted by the adoption and
.that the children are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner,
PHILIP CARUANA, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor children known as
i
! ELIZABETH SHANNON TOWNSEND and SEAN CHRISTOPHER TOWNSEND, are
i
declared to be the legal children of the Petitioner, PHILIP
CARUANA, and they are given the names of SHANNON ELIZABETH
CARUANA and SEAN CHRISTOPHER CARUANA,~by'wnich names they shall
hereafter be known, and it is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that these children shall be the.
children and legal heirs of the Petitioner, PHILIP CARUANA,
entirled to all rights and privileges and subject to all obliga-
