CONSENTED MODIFICATION TO FINAL JUDGMENT
THE COURT, being fully advised of the premises in this case,
that the Husband and Wife have stipulated to a modification of the
Final Judgment as evidenced by their signatures below, it is hereby
ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
1. That the stipulated agreement entered into by the Husband
and the Wife on June 21, 1971, is incorporated by reference. and continues
with full force and effect as though fully set out herein except as
hereinafter amended:
j 2. That the minor child, APP,IL DAWN BRIDGES, will remain with
the Husband through the summer of 1980 with all reasonable visitation

rights reserved to the Wife. That all child support payments for the

~ minor child will be discontinued during the time the child is with the
Husband.
~ 3. That if on or about mid-August of 1980, the Husband and Wife
agree to return the child to the Wife, the Husband will make all necessary

arrangements, including the cost of travel, and return the child to the
Wife. The Husband shall then resume paying child support to the Wife.
4. If on or about June of 1981, the Husband and Wife agree to
return the child to the Wife, the Wife will make all necessary arrangements,
including the cost of transportation, returning the child to her.
5. The parties will cooperate with each other in order to
implement the spirit as well as the letter of this Court Order.

6. The parent who provides more than one-half of the support
for~the minor child for the years 1°80 and 1981, will claim the child
