7. If and when the minor child returns to the wife, child
support payments will resume and whichever parent provides over fifty
percent (508) of the child's support will claim the child as a dependant
for Federal Incase Tax purposes for the year.
8. whichever parent does not have physical custody of the
child, will have reasonable visitation rights.
9. Jurisdiction of this case and of the parties hereto, is
retained for the entry of said further orders a s may be proper.
