This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in 1
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
TFWTR AiIRKS~ QTR }horn 1/19/76 and LORA BURKS, born 7/17/77,
minor children, the sum of S 150.00 peg month plus and additional 9~s00 52.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
first day of August 19 80 ,and thereafter on first
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of S _ T. tcie County,
