UPON stipulation by counsel for the Husband, CHARLES
G. COOK, and counsel for the Wife, LINDA C. COOK, both parties
being in the Courtroom, the Court sun spornte taking testimony
of the Husband, the Court being otherwise fully advised of the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband is in contempt~of
Court for failure to pay to the Wife any child support from April 10,
1980 to the present time. It is further
ORDERED A`JD ADJUDGED that the Husband may purge hisself
of contempt by payinu to the Clerk of the Court Registry, the sage,
of Seventy Five Dollars ($75.00) by 4:00 P.M., on May 28, 1980,
and bringing all payments for child support up to date within ten
i (10) days of the date of this Order_ It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that if the Husband fails to pay the
Seventy Five Dollars ($75.00) by 4:00 P.M. on May 28, 1980 and fails
~ to bring all payments for child support up to date within ten (10}
~ days of~the signing of this Order, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
Florida, will take the Husband into custody without further Order
from this Court. It is further
ORDERED AND AD.TtJDGED upon stipulation of counsel that aII
} requests by the Wife for attorney's fees will be continued until the
Final Hearing.
