This cause coming on before the Court on the Petition for
temporary relief, with the parties announcing to the Court that they,
without prejudice as to subsequent proof of needs, had temporarily
agreed, and the Court being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That JAY ROY HILL shall immediately and not lager than
Sunday, June 8, 1980, furnish to STACY HILL, a runable and satisfactory

vehicle understood .to be '=a Chevrolet or~.iw~n by they owned,
said vehicle being for her personal use.
2. That custody of the minor child of the parties shall main
with the Wife subject to reasonable rights of visitation liberally
construed and understood to be that the father, shall upon reasonable notice,
have the chid with him a full day two tines each month and .on the off

weeks when he has not had visitation rights; he shall have two other
e visitations each month as may be arranged by the parties, not to interfere
with the employment of either and not to interfere with the best interest
of the child and the parties shall maintain an atwosphere for the child
at all times consistent with the child's best interests.
3. That begin gtFri June 6, ~T the Father shall pay
535.00 per weekefor suppor of the minor child.? Each paywent shall be
made to the Clerk of this Court and by him rewitted proaptly to STACY

HILL. In addition, there is hereby assessed the ssaa of 62.00 as statutory

costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. both of the parties are
