6. The value of the entire estate subject to administra-
tion in this state, less the value of property exempt from the
claims or creditors, does not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00).
7. The estate is not indebted except for: NONE
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, in-
cluding exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as
follows:

graph 8 of this Petition.
