ORDER DESIGNATING DEPOSITORY FOR ASSETS
On petition of Lona D. Leis for authorization to deposit
assets belonging to the above ward described as:
Checks from Metropolitan Property and Liability Insurance
Company totaling $20,545.60.
with Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County,
P.O. Box 3750, Fort Pierce, Florida, as a depository as provided by
X69.031 of the Florida Statutes,_it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie
County is designated as the depository for the assets and it is autho-
rized and directed to receive and hold as depository, pursuant to
x69.031 of the Florida Statutes, sets of the ward to be held by the
depository in safekeeping ect to such instructions by the guardian
of the ward as are authorized by orders of this Court directed to the
depository, and to permit their withdrawal only upon order of this
~ Court.

2. Upon receipt of the assets of the ward, the depository
shall file with this Court its receipt for them.
3. Any person or corporation having possession or control
of any asset of the ward, or owing interest, dividends, principal or
other indebtedness on the ward's account, upon the demand of the depos-
itory shall pay and deliver the assets, interest, dividends, principal
3 or other indebtedness to the depository, and the receipt and acceptance
by the designated depository shall relieve that person or corporation
from all further responsibility.
