PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned. as guardian of the .person and
property of Hetty Cubbage, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the"continuation of this guardian-
ship no longer exists by reason of the fact that the ward
died at Fort Pierce, Florida, on September 3, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return contain-
ing afull and correct account of all receipts and disburse-
ments of all the ward's property of which petitioner has
control since the last return filed herein, if any, or from
th,e commencement of the administration of this guardianship
if no prior return has been filed, which return includes a
statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that ROGER JEWETT has

qualified as personal representative of the ward's estate
in this court on April 30, 1980 in Case No. 80-66 CP.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be ,
entered approving all accountings not previously approved
and discharging Petitioner as guardian and releasing the
surety on Petitioner's bond, if any, from further liability.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE
READ~THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE
BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF.
