This proceeding was heard on the petition for dis-
C:harge of the guardian of the person and property of Hett~i
Cabbage, incompetent; copies of the Petition for Discharge
and Supplemental accounting of receipts and disbursements
having been mailed to all persons entitled to same, and the
court being satisfied that the guardian has faithfully dis-
charged the duties as such guardian, has rendered a complete.
and accurate return, and has delivered the assets of the
ward to the person entitled thereto, it is
ADJUDGID, that said guardian is discharged and the
surety on the guardian's bond, if any, is released from
further liability.
