KNOW All MEN 8Y TNESE PRESENYS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by i3lizabeth Mercer, a single
adult dated October 19th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 296 on page
2108 • securinet the payment of the sum of Tfiirty Nine Thousand, Five Hundred and no/100----
dollars (S 39,500.00-----
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that. it
has receiysd full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and b the premises desuibed therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
