the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Joseph, Osberger and
Edith M. Osberger, his wife

2499 ,securing the payment of the sum of FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NO/100-----

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth heraby i
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
