and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Petition for Re-
hearing has been rendered moot, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as Defendant's counsel has
represented that the Defendant shall comply with the Order .on
which the contempt motion was brought, the Motion for Contempt
is denied.
