SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This cause having come on this day -for hearing on
Plaintiff's motion for summary final judgment of foreclosure
on Plaintiff's complaint and the evidence offered in support of
such complaint, and the Court having noted that due and legal
service of process has been had upon Robert C. Amann and Marie A.
Amann, his wife; Port St. Lucie Bank; Jensen Beach Bank, a Florida
banking corporation; and Irving E. Gennet, as Trustee in Bank- ¢

ruptcy for Marie Ann Amann, Bankrupt, each of the defendants €

s herein; that an answer has been filed herein by the defendant s

Port St. Lucie Bank; that a suggestion of bankruptcy has been
filed herein on behalf of the defendants Marie Ann Amann and

Irving E. Gennet, as Trustee in Bankruptcy for Marie Ann Amann, ~
bankrupt; that the real property which is the subject matter of
this suit has been abandoned by the said Irving E. Gennett, Trustee
in Bankruptcy, pursuant to application for abandonment filed in the
bankruptcy action; that an order of abandonment has been entered in
said bankruptcy action by the Honorable Thomas C. Britton, Bankruptcy
Judge, a certified copy of which order of abandonment having been
previously filed herein; t~iat following said abandonment, defaults
have been entered against the defendants Robert C: Amann and
Jensen Beach Bank, for their failure to serve any papers .on the
