HomeMy WebLinkAbout2291 plaintiff or to file any papers as required by law, and the Court being fully .advised, in the premises, it is, upon consideration, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That due and legal services of process has been had upon each and every of the defendants herein; that the defaults previously entered in this cause against the Defendants Robert C. Amann and Jensen Beach Bank are hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allegations contained in the complaint have been provied by competent evidence and the equities in this cause are with the plaintiff. 2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereinafter described and the mortgage is in default as alleged in the complaint. 3. That the reasonable fee for services rendered by the attorney for the plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of $ Q Q ~ and this Court finds and decrees said sum is a reasonable fee to be allowed for the services of plaintiff's attorney, which sum is also due and owing. 4.
