through or under the defendants or either of them and the property '
will be sold free and clear of any claims of the defendants.
6. That unless the defendants, or either of them, shall
pay the plaintiff or its attorneys the sum specified in Paragraph 4,
and any other costs of this suit as mentioned in that paragraph,
the Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice as required by

§45.031 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, is directed to sell ~

a
the mortgaged premises as described in Paragraph 5 above to the -
highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the front door I
of the St. Lucie County County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,
Florida, free, clear and discharged of any and all claims,

liens, encumbrances, rights, equities and interest of the
defendants, and all persons,- firms or corporations claiming ~
by, through or under the defendants, the sale to be held
,~j ,
at o'clock A. M. on the "day of
1980, as provided by_~45.031 of the Florida Statut as
amended.
7. The Plaintiff may bid at the sale and if the plaintiff is
the successful bidder, it shall be entitled to credit on its bid up
to the full amount due under this final judgment of foreclospre.

8. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation be
by the Clerk filing the certificate of title or by order of this '
~ Court ruling upon objections to such sale, the Clerk shall make

distribution of the proceeds of such sale by paying:
t
a. All cots and expenses of the proceeding subsequent to
the entry of this final judgment, including the cost of publishing
the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and the
costs of state documentary stamps and surtax stamps affixed to the
~ certificate of title.
b. The sum herein fount: to be due and awing to the plaintiff

as specified in Paragraph 4 above, plus interest thereon at the _
rate of eight per cent (8$) per annum from the date of this judgment
to the date of sale, plus all costs of this proceeding incurred -
by plaintiff subsequent to the date of this judgment.
