AMID ORDER TAXING COSTS
After due notice by or to all parties affected, a
hearing was held before the Court on June 9, 1980, upon
the Motion for Final Judgment of Garnishment and Motion
to Tax Costs filed herein by the Plaintiff, the F[JRST COMPANY
OF FORT PIERCE. Oa May 27, 1980, a Default was entered by
the Clerk of this Court by virtue of the fact that the
Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., failed to file
or serve any papers in response to the ilrit of Garnishment
served on the Garnishee on May 6, 1980. The pleadings on
file in this matter reveal that the Garnishee, SARRIE REED'S
AU1~0 PLAZA, INC., is indebted to the Defendants, H. B. SRAGGS
and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, under a certain Note and
Mortgage dated November 9, 1978, wherein BARRIE REID'S ADTO
PLAZA, INC., a Florida corporation, as Mortgagor and K. B.
SKAGGS and MARY ANN SRAGGS, his wife, the Defendants herein,
as tenants in common, are the i~rtgagees; Said l~rtgage is
