FINAL JUDGMENT OF GARNISHMENT AFTER rEFAULT
AMID ORDER TAXING COSTS CASE N0: 79-82-CA
recorded in 0. R. Book 297, page 2471 through 2473, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and encumbers
the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot' 47, less the North 210 feet thereof of ~
i~ the Subdivision of WHITE CITY, in Section 3,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as per plat
of said subdivision on file in Plat Book 1,
page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
~i County, Florida. I
The unpaid balance of the Mortgage is approximately

$80,000.00. The monthly payment due under the Mortgage by
I
i
the Garnishee to the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, is $896.31, i
~ : i
and is payable on the 9th day of each month. At the hearing
held herein on the Motion for Final Judgment of Garnishment
I and Motion to Tax Costs the Court was advised that the claim
{ against the Defendant, MARY ANN SRAGGS, has been settled and
this Final Judgment does not pertain to any amounts due and
t: owing by the Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., to
MARY ANN SKAGGS. Additionally, it was brought to the Court's
attention that a Final Judgment was previously entered
ii against the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, in Case No. 79-470-CA,

'i which was brought in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth

Judicial Circuit, In and For St. Lucie County, Florida. In ~

that Judgment, BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE, was awarded a Judgment ;
~ in the total amount of $9,500.00 against the Defendant,
M. B. SKAGGS and said Judgment provides that the amount of j

the Judgment shall constitute a lien against the payments due
to M. B. SKAGGS under that certain Note. and Mortgage referred I
to above in this Judgment and furthermore, provided that I'

M. B. SKAGGS shall pay BARBARA

of the monthly Mortgage payment which he receives from the !
Garnishee herein BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., under that j
