AMENDER PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ' '

HARVEY JARVIS, by and through his undersigned attorney,
hereby moves the Court to accept this Amended Petition for
Discharge and to enter an Amended Order of Discharge and as
grounds therefore would show unto the Court as follows:
1. Harvey Jarvis, personal representative, of the
above estate, on August 3, 1977, filed a Petition for Discharge
in this matter.
2. This Amended Petition adopts and realleges each
and every allegation contained therein, with the exception of
the allegations set forth in Paragraph S of said Petition.
3. The allegations set forth in Paragraph S of said
Petition are hereby amended to read in accordance with Exhibit
A attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the Petitioner
would show unto the Court that on the original Petition of Discharge,
said Paragraph S, also adopted an Exhibit A, which Exhibit A
made reference to distribution of an undivided one-half interest
ti
of decedent's various assets in the estate. Said Exhibit was
supposed to show a distribution of an undivided one-half interest
each to Linda Smith and Terrie Norman, thereby resulting in a
distribution of the entire interest of the decedent in said
assets.
3. Through inadvertence, said Exhibit A on the original
Petition failed to include reference to the entire interest of
said decedent in said assets or to the specific portions thereof
distributed to said beneficiaries, however, subsequent thereto,
receipts were filed by each of the beneficiaries acknowledging
receipt of an undivided one-half interest in all of the assets
set forth therein.
