as to the technical distribution and receipt of the assets owned
by said decedent and the receipt thereof of the intended
beneficiaries .
5. The purpose of this Amended Petition is to set
forth for the record, that all of the assets owned by said
decedent were intended and in fact were distributed pursuant to
the Petition originally filed herein, receipts filed as a
result thereof and the Order of Discharge entered by this
Court on August 5, 1977.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner through his undersigned attorney,
requests that this Court accept this Amended Petition for Discharge

and enter an amended Order of Discharge nunc pro tunc approving
t
this amended Petition, approving receipt of the various assets
thereunder distributed to said beneficiaries, confirming the
discharge of the Personal Representative and confirming that the
estate herein has been fully .administered and is closed.
