according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

West ~ of the Northwest ~ of Section 19, Township 8 South, -
Range 15 East, lying and situated in Gilchrist County, Florida,
Less right-of-way on the East and North boundary lines (contain-
ing 10 acres more or less).

recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 49, of the Public Records of
Dixie County, Florida. Said property is being sold under an
agreement for deed to Luther B, and Rudine B. Carter under
which the principal balance at the date of decedent's death
was $2,138.76.

63, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, Mortgagors

Lauderdale, Florida.

automobile, I.D. No. CS23T3C240880, Title No. 6174488.
An undivided ~ interest in the Stock in L & 0 Equipment Services,
Inc., a Florida corporation.

Serial No. 117535, Engine No. 177810 and rake.
An undivided ~ interest in the furnishings located in the above-
described homestead property.
An undivided ~ interest in the personal effects of the decedent.
